Most life coaching with me is done
in 45 minute sessions over the phone but can also be face to face
or over the internet.
During the sessions, you will decide
on the agenda and what your objectives are and together we will look
at as many options and resources as we can to enable you to achieve
them.
We will set goals together and work
towards these applying the SMART criteria.
Each goal should be
Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Realistic
Timed
As your coach, I will be 100% committed
to you and will expect you to be the same.
I will be positive and encouraging
and use listening and questioning techniques to help you recognise
your objectives.
I will be impartial, non-judgemental
and non-directional.
At no time will you ever be enticed
into making decisions or taking steps that you do not want to or that
you feel uncomfortable with. However, you can expect to be challenged
about your choices and behaviour and be asked to reflect on some ideas.
After all, if you do not change the things you do, things will always
remain the same.
Complete confidentiality will be maintained
at all times during and after the coaching relationship has finished.
